Purchased a pair of softball turf shoes 4-17-25 and wore them for 50 minutes and there is something that rubs on the outer right shoe that is very painful. Call the store was told since I threw away the box they were not returnable. Contacted customer service was told it was with in 90 days could return them as long as they had not wear and tear. Tried to return them was told since I wore them can't return them. Asked so your telling me that I can spend a $100 for a pair of shoes and if they damage my foot I can't return them and I'm screwed. They said yes. Said unless I have written permission to return them they won't take them back. Called customer service again was told they don't do that so again I'm screwed. So in other words your customer means nothing and customer service doesn't matter to your company.
Claimed loss: $84.99 plus tax
Desired outcome: Refund of my money since I now own a pair of shoes that are unwearable because they cause bruising and severe pain.
