I bought a watch from this company and it wasn't working right
I bought a watch from this company and it wasn't working right. They tried to fix it, but couldn't. I never got a new one or my money back. I got a $6,000 watch from them in December , but it wasn't telling time right. It would skip seconds overnight and be off by a few minutes in the morning. That's crazy for a watch that expensive. They tried to fix it a bunch of times, which was annoying because I had to keep sending it back. But they couldn't fix it. So we agreed that they would give me a new one that they had in stock. But then they stopped answering my calls and emails. I had to keep calling them, but they never called me back. I got really mad and told them I wanted my money back. They said they couldn't help me and to sue them if I wanted. This is really bad business. I've never had such a bad experience buying something.

I never wore it until I decided to have it cleaned and found out that the diamonds are worthless. I went to two different places to have the diamonds checked for quality and was told that they were worthless. I contacted *** for a refund, but they told me to contact Jewelryunlimited, where I bought the necklace from. I contacted Jewelryunlimited, but they told me that I couldn't get a refund because of their 90-day return policy. I tried to explain that I didn't get what I paid for, but they didn't listen. They just told me to contact ***. I'm now contacting ComplaintsBoard.com to see what I can do. I paid $419.00 for a product that's not worth 50 dollars (according to *** shops). It's not fair.
