Deluna was hired to be the property management company for a house in Pensacola, FL. They haven't done their job. Deluna approved renting my home to a felon with 2 pitbulls. They didn't communicate or get my approval to allow this tenant to rent my home. Upon a visit in January , the tenant has trashed my house. After numerous requests to see the lease, there's been no answer. I also haven't received any rent payment for January and February . And haven't received a 1099 for 2020. They're also refusing to answer my texts or phone calls to resolve this situation.

We hired Deluna Management Services to manage our rental property (4 units) in December . But we weren't happy with their service and had trouble communicating with them, so we decided to take over managing our investment ourselves. We stopped working with them in October and when we looked at our financial report, we found several mistakes in how they billed us. We've been trying to sort this out with Deluna, but it's been four months and we still haven't received the money we're owed. It's really not okay and it's not professional. We've sent them lots of emails and left messages, but they haven't responded. We even tried reaching out to the owner a few times, but it didn't do much. They did make a few deposits into our bank account, but they didn't explain what they were for. When we asked for clarification, they didn't respond. Finally, after three months, they transferred our tenants' security deposits to us, but we're still waiting for the refund we're owed.

This company took my money from my deposit without any reason. I rented an apartment in Pensacola, FL managed by Deluna Management Service from Feb 2019 to June . When my lease ended, Deluna kept some of my deposit for "cleaning bathrooms/kitchen". In Florida, landlords can't charge tenants for normal wear and tear. Cleaning the apartment between tenants is the landlord's responsibility and they can't make tenants pay unless there's damage beyond normal wear and tear. During my lease, there was no damage to the property. I told Deluna about this, and they showed me pictures that proved there was no damage. But they didn't explain why they still took money from my deposit.
