Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing And Electrical review: Delair tried to fraud me with around $10,000

Make your hard earning money a favor and do not hire Delair. For us it all started by our AC getting maintenance, we hire Delair, I was already expecting something not being good and Technician replaced a piece plus some cleaning and total charge was $650 and we got a membership. A few months later AC suddenly stop working, unit is around 5 years old, called Delair on the membership with free vist and diagnostic, Technician (Sonny) couldn't find anything wrong, so he just put back the AC back to work and before he leaves it goes down again. He checked again and called a Supervisor to come to check with him, this lady supervisor stated the all compressor unit was bad and probably also all the lines, replacing everything would be around $12,000. I said, them let me think. On the following days AC was not holding up, and called other two AC Technicians (freelance) and they couldn't find anything wrong, they were surprised pieces were already changed, both Technicians recommended calling an electrician. Called an electrical company and they did not find anything wrong but recommended to change the Thermal electrical Breaker as the only possible issue, and if that did not work to change the electrical wire. They changed the thermal electrical breaker and BINGO! No issues with AC since then. Delair was just trying to fraud us. I now think the first time they came and changed a piece, it was not needed, just done to charge expensive parts and labor. Complete fraud, be careful with Delair, they will take advantage of you as much as they can, as they know is difficult to probe fraud.
