Kindly note since 2 weeks I am continuously contacting you regarding my credit card closure letter, but you are resisting to giving closure letter for silly reasons , I closed my liabilities from other banks like FAB Emirates NBD Etc same day I made the settlement through RAK bank , every bank closure letter and clearance letter received expect DEEM finance , while calling customer care says it will take 45 days to get clearance letter , and we are not providing any closure letter , after my settlement my card shows some excess balance of 1176.62 for getting this amount Charge 26.25 and for clearance letter charge 52.50 AED that i already paid , payment receipt attached along with this mail
Here I am asking why you are not giving closure letter which i already closed my DEEM credit card. You provide only a email states that your card is blocked for closure . so this is my question is that my card closed or not , if closed why you sent that your card is blocked for closure and not providing closure letter , while checking with DEEM app and i called DEEM customer care they confirmed that my closed was blocked and closed too , so i ask them to provide closure letter , they are not giving closure they ask me wait clearance letter which only provide after 45 days , so i ask at least provide me Card closure letter ,
so i can submit that to RAK Bank for getting loan already approved , and i already get closure letter and Clearance letter from Emirates NBD and FAB , if you are delaying more , my loan disbursement will delay, i already completed procedure for my family visa and booked a apartment , only delay from your side if it delay more i lost everything include my booking amount and family entry permit will expire , so it will be a big lose for me.
Please try to understand my situation and provide me the closure letter and clearance letter immediately
