It has now been over two months since payment was made, and each week I am given a different explanation as to why the table has not yet been received by your company. This situation is completely unacceptable.
I would appreciate it if you could urgently provide me with a clear and honest update on the status of my order, along with a confirmed delivery date. At this point, I expect this matter to be prioritised and resolved without any further delays.
Please treat this as urgent. I would like to receive the table as soon as possible.
