We ordered a coffee table on the 14th November 2025 and their order number was DUX046558167.
Total cost £105 was paid by credit card.
They informed us by email on the 19th November that they were processing a refund of £95.25 - but with no reason for this.
As of today this has not been received.
The amount not refunded was for bulky delivery and delivery protection.
As there was no delivery why should we be charged for this as no goods were despatched.
This is the second time this has happened, but we took no action on this before.
Now we fill this is not an administration issue/error, but it it defrauding us and may be others.
Claimed loss: £9,75
Desired outcome: Refund of £9.75.
