I received my order back in April and everything that I got was not true to size, not only were they small but WAY TO SMALL and the product was not even lined up with the other side. I have been going back and forth with them since April, have sent multiple pictures with the measurements and now they’re ignoring me and not giving me my refund like they said.

I had the worst experience ever with Dear-Lover, and I advice everyone to stay far away from these people. I made quite a big order and my entire order was a mess. Some items were of a wrong size, they looked used and some items were even dirty! I took photos and emailed Dear-Lover, I demanded a full refund, but they refused and even called me a liar. They claimed that everything what was on the photo had nothing to do with them and that these were not their products! I have never dealt with such a company, and every time I spoke with them I heard nothing but lies!
Please avoid and don't waste your money here!

I placed the order online and the company www.dear-lover.com has scammed me. The seller charged me, but 3 days later I got the email, where he excused and told that the lingerie was out of stock. He hasn’t told me about refund or offered to change the order for another one. Nothing. I replied that I wanted money back, but no one really cared and my request was ignored.

I bought 5 dresses from the website www.dear-lover.com. I haven’t received my order at all, and the seller tried to persuade me that the order was delivered and everything was ok. But it wasn’t. I asked to provide order or money back, but the seller refused and started to behave like real jerk. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! When i placed my order I sent them an email asking for a confirmation of my purchases, they never responded. My items arrived today and oh my god the quality is disgusting! I think they must have monkeys working at the factory! They even got my order wrong and sent me 4 of the wrong items! When an item says "one size" it really means "we made this in the dark and couldn't give a ****". Don't go anywhere near these cheap factories they are worse quality than primark!

I have had problems with both CarminGirl China and Dear-Lover to the USA.

Dear-Lover sent me 20 corsets made out of a ruinded / damaged fabric. I ordered 30 various sizes in all of the same corset between two orders, 10 were perfect and very nice, then the next 20 the fabric was made wrong so the textured design was bold as it should be in several places and then almost completely missing in random places throughout the corsets! It looked horrible! They had the nerve to tell me that it was supposed to be like that and refused to refund my money. Also any of their dresses and costumes are just trash; bows that are glued on, ripped lace, missing hems.

Charmin-Girl has now sent 2 orders of feather angel wings in boxes that are too small. I took out a tape measure and measured how big the wings would have been if they were not crumpled, then took the measurements of the box and it was over 3 inches that the box was too small in each direction. They responded both times that DHL had damaged the box in transit - the box wasn't even hardly dirty, much less damaged. It doesn't really matter what DHL did to the box though, it was too small to begin with when Charmin Girl shoved the wings in there! Then they told me that I have to place a larger order when I order the wings so that the box will be large enough. What?!?
