Came Right on time (early), very polite--fixed the problem right away. Very honest. Good price! That's our second time using this plumbing company and we will be using them again!

Prompt, professional, polite, only wish there were more like Dean's in the other trades. I've called upon them several times and have always had the same great service. 5 Stars isn't enough.

Mark did a great job , I had a lundry drain that was backing up. They both did a great job got my drain cleaned and flowing and the cost was exactly what I was told it would be. This is the second time we have used Dean's Plumbing, I highly recommend them.

Noah quickly found the issue to be a fixable part saving us the cost of a new water heater. We've been with Dean's for many years, and they continue to do quality work at a reasonable price in a timely manner.

Very professional, very detailed estimate, Dean's plumbing installed a new main water line from the meter pit to the utility room of our church. All of our concerns were addressed, and the work was completed on time. The work area was left very satisfactory. Isaiah was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and very polite. We were very satisfied.

dean's plumbing does not guarantee their work, according to Alisha who schedules appointments. a technician 'cleaned' a bathroom sink in December, $138. i asked to have the line snaked, which has been done for the last 50 years but the technician said it wasn't necessary. the drain continued to run slowly. today they returned and snaked the drain. $228.

Excellent quoting and installation process. In these crazy times, Deans came out and quickly replaced our hot water heater and softener. They were respectful of my work from home environment and left the place as clean as they found it. They maximized our very limited space and ensured everything was easily accessible. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

As Landlords with about 16 units, we need a plumber more often than a normal homeowner. We use Dean's Plumbing exclusively for many reasons. We always get prompt, professional and friendly customer service. The guys are clean, neat, knowledgeable and professional. I can always count on a good job and excellent communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Noah and Ken were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable and provided professional skilled workmanship in a timely manner. The ladies in the office were patient and exceptional with assisting in scheduling a quote and service for scope of work. Three other contractors provided quotes that were more than double the cost that Dean's Plumbing charged. THANK YOU for helping to turn a half bath into a full size bathroom!

Dean's Plumbing is absolutely the most fantastic business I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Both technicians were extremely kind, professional, and courteous. Our need for service was quite unexpected and we were very unprepared. Even so, they both graciously allowed me to run back and forth between our conversation and work and kindly overlooked our messy home. They explained the issue using verbiage I understood and got right to work. Our problem was solved right away and after a few minor follow up instructions they were on their way. We appreciated how quickly they were able to get out to us and how personable they were. Although we hope the need doesn't arise, we will surely call Dean's Plumbing again.
