I had the pleasure of having Jamie B come to my house to fix what he thought would be simple faucet leak. Well we had decided to install a new sink. He was totally unfazed. He proceeded to change the plumbing and install the sink.
He was pleasant, courteous and professional. He maintained corvid 19 protocol.
I would recommend Paul the Plumber for everyone with plumbing needs..

Today I had Jamie B and Dan S Replace two sillcocks and ball valves that were old and in need of replacement.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with theIr work Ethics and the courtesy, knowledge and patience with me asking 20 questions every 2 seconds! I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates respect along with great work! Thank you Jamie and Dan! Keepers!

I can't tell you how pleased I was dealing with Paul The Plumber. I had my furnace replaced. They showed up on time. Did a great job and cleaned up after they where done. I think it looked better than when they got here. Very pleasant to talk to. Tom and his partner ( can't remember his name ) were fantastic. Very reliable. They put covering on the floor so as not to track anything in. DO NOT hesitate to hire this company.

Hysen and Aidan were excellent. Hysen explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I learned a lot today about AC care. Aidan was also very professional and a good team with Hysen. Aidan will be a great technician because his work is well done, and cleans up after his work. He also has a great teacher in Hysen.
I am very pleased that I called Paul the Plumber. And glad they sent me such a great team.
I hope to see them again next year.

The Best Plumbing Service Ever 10+ I had a Toilet installed today and we had Jamie B he was so Polite and through he completed the Job quicker than I thought he would he also did an amazing Job cleaning up. I love my new Toilet. And Your Plumbing Service was fast to to come to my need. You came here twice once last week and you could come the same day which was awesome and then I schedule the Toilet to be installed. I would never use any other Plumber Thank You very much for being there quickly. :-)

Mine was a very difficult install and I was in the aftermath of a stroke when my bathtub and whole shower walls (including sheet rock and subfloor) needed to be replaced. Not only were ALL of the servicemen polite, patient, and understanding but I don't want to leave out Sophia, who alleviated all my fears and concerns. When I had a small final issue 3 months later, they returned within a day at no charge. The price of the whole install was much less than I expected and financing was easy, right in my home. If you have any question of where to go, Paul The Plumber, you won't be sorry!

For years, I have always had small problems trying to find a plumber who would dedicate to my house needs, especially when they were smaller tasks. Today, I have found my plumber for the future and I feel great about the service that I was supplied today (5/7). From the first phone call to Paul The Plumber , all appointment and work completion steps were done professional and communicated diligently. I am no man's man when it comes to plumbing but I can tell these people are very good and I am now not worried about my future plumbing needs. Great job PTP! I have peace of mind here!

PTP replaced my boiler and water heater and I'm very happy with the work they did. Mike and crew were top-notch! They were extremely professional, clean, courteous, and it's clear they take pride in their work. They took time to answer all my questions to ensure I was left a happy customer. I wish the quotes and invoices were more detailed as their prices are higher than others and I'd like to know what % went to parts and materials versus labor. I'm not sure the P&M are worth the higher price but the labor certainly was. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the job and will call them again with future plumbing and heating needs.

I had a kitchen sink clog and issues with bathtub water draining slowly. The plumber fixed tub issue in about a minute . Informing me to just unscrew the drain where water runs down and clean up underneath then put drain spout back . Works great now ! Then was going to charge to snake the sink but. Found the problem In another pipe so didn't need to snake saving me some money . Did recommend replacing under sink pipes and fittings which I knew from before hand when they came out couple years ago. I agreed and he replaced pipe fixtures . Very honest plumber and he and his helper wore face masks and put plastic on their shoes . Very professional and did a great job . I highly recommend Paul the Plumber .

Had an emergency failed hot water heater Did not have time to do a proper research and went with the first company that said they could take care of it today. When the tech got here he came up with an estimate of almost $3000 and promised that it could be done that day. We decided to go with them and gave the ok to do the job. After several times of tracking through my Livingroom I asked if he could use the back door .He replied that he did not mind coming in the front door ignoring my instructions. Finally when they wanted to remove It told them to take it out the rear door which they did. After nearly 5 hours in my house tramping through my Livingroom they announced that they had a problem and were going to hook up a temporary heater in my wash room and come back Monday to find the problem . I said this was unacceptable. They tried to pin the blame on me asking if I had done something. After another 1 .5 hours the tech finally realized that he had hooked up the supply line to the outlet side and the outlet side to the inlet an armature mistake they left with the skirting to my mobile home off lying on the ground and the insulation removed my closet is close to the outside temperature with very cold air pouring into my bedroom.

Last year, plumbers from Paul the Plumber did such a competent job diagnosing and correcting a furnace and hot water supply problem that had eluded other companies, that I called the company this year for the annual furnace tune up. The original work that they had done was so well done that I had not needed any follow up in the past year. Hysen came out today for the scheduled visit. Even though he was at the end of a long day of working out problems for others, he was delightful! He wasn't irritable about it being late in the day, nor was he rushed at all. He took the time to be personable and to discuss the tune up details with me. He stated that he enjoyed working with customers and doing a careful job. It was clear from his behavior that this was true. I also appreciated that he wore a well fitting mask. I would feel very comfortable with him working on any plumbing issue in the future because of his concern for customer satisfaction and his overall work ethic. I had been given a window of 12-4 for Hysen's arrival, but because prior calls went longer than expected, he arrived a bit beyond that timeframe. Even though I had offered to delay my non urgent furnace cleaning to another day, Hysen still came out. The company was great about letting me know of the delay and offering a text that allowed me to track his arrival. This was my second experience with Paul the Plumber and the company will always be my go to company for plumbing issues. Particularly during this time of extra stress, it's great to know of a plumbing company that offers me a sense of security.

TED! Turns out the plumber forgot to tighten a connection and it caused a leak that ruined our basement. We called Paul the Plumber and they sent someone out right away to fix the issue. They also took responsibility for the damages and worked with our insurance company to get everything taken care of. Overall, while the initial price was steep, the quality of work and customer service was top notch. Would recommend, just make sure to double check their work before they leave!
