I hired this company to replace my sewer line, but unfortunately, they ended up hitting a marked water line. This resulted in a much longer repair time than initially quoted, causing me to be off work for 8 days instead of the expected one day. Additionally, the water in my house is not draining properly, and the company is trying to blame it on sewage backing up before the repair, which I know did not happen. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their work, especially considering the amount of money I spent. To make matters worse, they also damaged my carpet during the process. On top of that, their employees were rude and even went so far as to contact my friends and speak negatively about me. I strongly advise against using this company as they took my money and did not deliver satisfactory results.

I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing and specifically their employee, ***. We had an issue today and they promptly arrived within a few hours. They accurately diagnosed the problem, fixed it completely, and even offered to return if a similar issue were to arise within the next 30 days. It is difficult to find reliable vendors and individuals who provide excellent service, but Hope Plumbing is definitely that type of company. *** exemplifies the high-quality employees they have on their team.

I contacted them to have a sink installed and connected. The plumbers arrived wearing masks to provide a quote, but removed them once I signed the paperwork. They were friendly, and I agreed to the price out of desperation to have the job completed within my limited time off. The plumber did take the time to explain the process, mentioning that they would need to cut and relocate some piping due to bellies in the existing pipes. The cost for installing the sink alone, which I had purchased, was quoted at $800. Additionally, there would be an extra charge of several hundred dollars for replacing a leaky shutoff valve and cutting some piping under the sink. However, it turned out that they did not actually move any of the piping in the basement and advised me to see how it goes. The high price was justified by their fixed price service, but I later discovered that I could have obtained a much better price elsewhere. The caulking around the drain was messy, and I had to clean up the excess with a wet paper towel multiple times. In conclusion, I found the plumbers to be pleasant, but their services were overpriced compared to other quotes I received.
