DealeXtreme (dx.com) Review: Luck of the Draw with Products and Customer Service
When it comes to DealeXtreme (dx.com), it's all about luck. If you're lucky enough to receive your order in good condition, then you have nothing to worry about. However, if you receive a wrong or defective product, then the real problem begins.
In my recent order, I received a wrong product and a defective watch. After a long chat with their customer service, they offered me a low discount as a store credit if I kept the wrong product. I declined the offer and decided to return the item with a tracking number for a refund. However, the shipping cost with the item was higher than the order cost, and I could not get a full refund through Paypal. The difference was supposed to be kept as a store credit, but I'm still waiting for it. The only refund I received was through Paypal since I had opened a case at the beginning. They asked me to close the case, promising to refund me after, but I knew better than to trust them. Only a robber would ask this, as a total refund would have closed the case automatically.
As for the defective watch, they sent me another one a few days later, which was also defective. I informed them of the issue, but I never received any response from them.
It's important to remember that cheap prices often mean cheap products and service. I will only buy from DealeXtreme if they are the only ones selling the item I want.
DealeXtreme (dx.com) Review: Disappointing Customer Service and No Product Received
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with DealeXtreme (dx.com). I ordered a microphone boom arm way back on October 24th, 2013 and it's now February 1st, 2014 - that's over THREE MONTHS ago! I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever actually receive my order.
I've tried reaching out to their customer service team through their live chat service, but it's hardly ever available. And when it is, the reps can barely speak proper English. They just copy and paste the same pre-written responses to every question or comment. It's frustrating, to say the least.
I also tried using their ticket service, which supposedly guarantees a response within 48 hours. But I never heard back from anyone. And when I tried calling them (which, by the way, is an international call if you're in Canada and it's not a toll-free number), the number wasn't even in service.
It's really frustrating to have paid for a product and received absolutely nothing in return. No product, no service, and no explanation. I've seen some positive reviews of DealeXtreme, but based on my experience, I'd strongly advise against using this site. It's just not worth the risk of being swindled out of your hard-earned money.
DealeXtreme Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipment Tracker
I was super stoked to find some lighters for a steal on DealeXtreme (dx.com). I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, am I right? But boy, was I in for a rude awakening. I waited and waited, checking the shipment tracker on their website every day, only to be met with confusion and frustration. The dates kept switching back and forth, and I had no idea when my package was actually going to arrive.
To make matters worse, the customer service was a complete disaster. I tried to chat with a representative online, hoping to get some answers and maybe even some reassurance. But instead, I was met with a link to another website's shipment tracker (which, let's be real, should tell you everything you need to know about how terrible their own tracker is). And when I tried to explain my concerns, the rep just kept insisting that my package had already been delivered. Um, excuse me? I think I would know if I had received my order or not.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the rep then abruptly ended the chat, leaving me feeling even more frustrated and confused. I had been waiting for over a month at this point, and all I got was a runaround and a whole lot of aggravation.
Needless to say, I won't be shopping on DealeXtreme again anytime soon. And I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, even my worst enemies. The whole experience was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

DealeXtreme (dx.com) Review: Counterfeit Products and Poor Customer Support
Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience with DealeXtreme (dx.com). I recently purchased two power banks, the SUNGZU "10000mAh" with SKU numbers 434938 and 434937. However, when I received my order (number ***426), I noticed that the batteries were different from what was advertised on the website. The size and design of the device were different, and the capacity of the batteries was less than half of what was stated.
To make matters worse, the product did not have the manufacturer's label of SUNGZU. I contacted a representative (skypemarksungzu) of the production plant of the brand, and he confirmed that Dx.com store simply stole SUNGZU name and uses it not legal. This was a huge red flag for me, as it meant that the store was not only not fulfilling its obligations to me, but it was also misleading other buyers by using the trademark of SUNGZU unlawfully.
I was extremely disappointed with the customer support I received from DealeXtreme. When I reached out to them, they did not respond to any of my questions and simply stated that they had a good product. They also refused to refund my money, which was frustrating. I even opened a dispute with PayPal, but the store still refused to take responsibility for their actions.
In my opinion, DealeXtreme is not a trustworthy store. They sell counterfeit products, which can be dangerous for consumers, especially when it comes to batteries. I strongly advise against buying from this store and recommend that you look elsewhere for your shopping needs. Stay safe, guys!
Disappointing Experience with DX.COM: Slow Shipping, Defective Products, and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased an LED lamp from DX.COM and unfortunately, it did not work. I was disappointed because I thought they tested their products before sending them out. It seems like they are selling products to unsuspecting buyers who end up losing their money. I had to wait for two months to receive the item, and when I finally got it, it was junk. The lamp shorted out as soon as I plugged it in, even though the voltage rating was correct.
I also bought a security camera from the site, which worked for only 28 days before it stopped working. When I contacted DX.COM about the issue, they offered me a measly $15 store credit and told me to take the camera somewhere to be fixed. I was not happy with their solution, especially since I had spent a significant amount of money on the camera.
Although I have had some successful purchases on DX.COM in the past, I have encountered too many complications with my recent orders. The shipping is dreadfully slow, and the products are often defective. It is also difficult to report defective products, as the page often fails to load. Additionally, the response time from customer service is slow, and my negative product reviews are never posted. It seems like only positive reviews are allowed on the site.
Another issue I have encountered is that products are often listed as in stock when they are actually out of stock. This has caused me a lot of frustration, as I have had to wait for weeks for products that were never going to arrive.
Overall, I am officially done with DX.COM. The site has too many issues, and I cannot justify spending my hard-earned money on products that may or may not work. I hope that DX.COM can improve their customer service and product quality in the future.
Dealextreme Review: Stay Away from These Cheaters!
This store is the worst! I strongly advise you to stay away from these cheaters. I had a terrible experience with them, and I want to share my story with you.
I used to trust this site and even wrote a good review for them. I gave them a 5-star rating and tried to be patient with them. However, my patience has its limits, and they crossed the line. I tried to contact their customer service to solve an issue, but they didn't reply or offer any help. I wasted my time, money, and patience on them.
Dealextreme used to have good service and fast shipping when I was a new customer. However, everything changed when I became a regular customer. They don't care about their customers' needs and only want to trick you into trusting them. Once they have your trust, they cheat you. I warn all of their customers to be careful and never trust these people. They are fake!
Let me share my order details with you. My order number is ***079, and it cost $41.33. The tracking number is RQ200609715SG, but it's invalid, and I can't track it. I placed the order on 9/25/2013 at 6:47:45 AM.
In conclusion, I had a terrible experience with Dealextreme, and I don't recommend them to anyone. They are not trustworthy, and they don't care about their customers. Stay away from them!
Disappointing Experience with DealeXtreme: Fake Warranty, Automated Ticket System, and Useless Live Chat
I used to be a big fan of DealeXtreme, or DX as they're commonly known, but that all changed when I had a couple of issues with my orders. Unfortunately, both of my orders arrived damaged and faulty, which was a real disappointment. I was even more disappointed when I discovered that their advertised offers of warranty and support were completely fake. They only offered a refund if I shipped the items back to China, which would take a minimum of three months and cost more than the item was worth. Needless to say, I was not impressed.
I decided to test their ticket system to see if it was automated, and I was shocked by what I found. I opened five tickets at once, each with different details and variations in relativity. One of the tickets didn't even have legible words in it, just a mess of typos. To my surprise, all five tickets received the exact same response. It was clear to me that their ticket system was automated, and I was not happy about it.
I also tried their live chat, but it was beyond useless. The agents had little to no comprehension of English, and I suspect they were using digital language conversion or just looking for relevant numbers to cut and paste responses. The chat was painfully slow, and I found it frustrating to communicate with them.
After my experience with DX, I have decided that I will never use them again. Our relationship is over! However, I do have some advice for those who are looking for a reliable China reseller. Look for companies that have email or phone number contactability and try it before you buy. Avoid the faceless facade of automated ticket response companies because when you need them, they just aren't actually there.
Overall, my experience with DX was disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. There are much better China resellers out there, and I suggest you do your research before making a purchase.
DealeXtreme (dx.com) Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Invalid Tracking Number
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with DealeXtreme (dx.com). I used to trust this site and even wrote a glowing review and gave it a 5-star rating. But my patience has been tested to the max and I'm not happy about it. I've tried to be a good customer and give them the benefit of the doubt, but there's only so much a person can take.
I've tried every which way to contact their customer service to resolve an issue I'm having, but I've gotten no response whatsoever. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I've wasted so much time and money on this and it's really frustrating.
When I first started using DealeXtreme, everything was great. Fast shipping, good service, the works. But now that I've been a customer for a while, it's like they don't care about me anymore. It's a classic bait and switch situation. They lure you in with good service and then once they have you, they don't care anymore.
I want to warn all of DealeXtreme's customers to be careful. Don't trust these people. They're fake and they don't care about you. I wish I had known this before I spent $41.33 on an order that I can't even track because the tracking number is invalid.
If DealeXtreme can solve this problem, I'll change my review. But if not, I'm going to share my bad experience with the world. It's just not right to treat customers this way.
Warning: Frustrating Experience with DealeXtreme (dx.com) - Delayed Delivery and Confusing Refund Policy
I recently had an experience with DealeXtreme (dx.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. On February 4th, I placed an order for two SD cards and paid using Paypal. The website promised a delivery time of no more than two weeks. However, by March 5th, a full month after I had paid for the goods, I still had not received anything.
At this point, I decided to start a claim on Paypal. I was hoping to get some answers about the delay and possibly a refund. However, I received an email from DX that left me feeling confused and frustrated. The email stated that they could not refund me because I had opened a dispute. They asked me to close the dispute first, and then they would refund me ASAP.
I made the mistake of believing them and cancelled my claim on Paypal. Looking back, I realize that this was a big mistake. It is now March 28th, and I still have not received anything from DX. The only communication I have received from them was a corrupt email that stated my order had been shipped on February 23rd with tracking number RT130385554HK. However, when I checked the tracking, I found that the item was not actually sent until March 10th.
As of today, I still have not received any goods from DX. I am frustrated and disappointed with the experience, and I want to warn others to be careful when doing business with this company. DealeXtreme is located far away, and it can be costly to argue with them over the phone. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid similar frustrations.
Disappointed with DealeXtreme's recent service: Malaysia Post and lack of support
I have been a loyal customer of DealeXtreme (dx.com) for over five years now. While I have come to accept that their items can take a while to arrive, sometimes up to eight or nine weeks, I have always made sure to order items that were not urgent. Out of dozens of orders, there have been a few occasions where my package failed to show up within ten weeks, but their customer service team was always quick to respond and resend the same SKU as soon as I contacted them. Overall, I have been satisfied with their service... until this year.
For some reason, DealeXtreme has started using "Malaysia Post" to ship their packages, even though they are not located in Malaysia and neither am I. Unfortunately, using Malaysia Post seems to have the same effect as throwing packages into a black hole - they simply never arrive. When I asked for my packages to be resent, I was met with broken English responses from their customer service team telling me to "please wait some time" again and again and again. While their customer service was once excellent, it seems that they are no longer able to provide the same level of support.
I turned to the DX.com forums for help, but unfortunately, I found that anyone who says anything negative about DealeXtreme is immediately trolled by a small group of unemployed individuals who rely on their six dollars of DX.com affiliate credit each month. They seem to live to ridicule anyone who suggests that DealeXtreme could be responsible for packages failing to arrive with their customers. Even the actual DealeXtreme staff seem to encourage this behavior, which is incredibly offensive and unprofessional.
In summary, I am disappointed with the recent service I have received from DealeXtreme. While I have been a loyal customer for years, their recent use of Malaysia Post and lack of customer support has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that they will take steps to improve their service in the future, but for now, I cannot recommend them to others.
Unethical behaviour
Hi,
I have ordered one item on DX.com in 11th November 2020. After 2 days I received information that item was dispatched. I waited for one month and as there was no movement in the tracking system [protected]:00 Poland, Expected to arrive at the destination country) I started talking with them using their system.
After next month with only messages that I should wait 1-2 weeks more I decided to ask for a replacement. Again I got information that due to Covid I need to wait another 2 weeks. I wrote that there is no possibility to track it for already 2 months so I demand new item to be sent.
After that I cant login to their system any more. At the beginning when I provided proper credentials the login screen re-appeared without any information. I tried to reset the password - successfully, but couldnt login either with the same behaviour. To send message to them I need to login, so it is impossible right now.
Today (21st Feb), when I am trying to reset password it shows me system error - attached here.
I suppose they disabled my account which is very disappointing.
Desired outcome: Enabled account and re-send the item.
Customer care does not get back with answers for more than 4 months
I have purchased some items from DealExtreme web site (dx.com) on Dec 2019 thru Feb 2020.
Most of the packages has not arrived, while a few arrived with only partial content (the cheap products arrived, while the expensive one did not).
I have contacted DealExtreme customer service via the web site "dispute" mechanism - no answer arrived, and after 4 months, there was a laconic sentence telling "sorry, we have fired the person", and nothing since.
No reply arrived on my emails as well.
For 10 years - I have enjoyed Dx.com but the past 6 months spoiled everything.
Please be aware!
dc adaptor 9v-24v adjustable ac 12 v change universal 24v plug power adapter supply for eu plug charger
After 4 months my order has not arrived (should have come 3 months ago). DealExtreme argued that due to coronavirus package is delayed. I agree to wait more time, but now the tracking shows that package has gone back to them. After 4 months, they don't reply at all to my messages. I asked for a refund, but they seem to steal my money instead. Is this company even working or has gone bankrupt?
Customer service
Order a drone as it was shown in stock. Took the money instantly, then after a week of no response said it was out of stock I need to wait 2 weeks, after 20 messages and on messenger, I get a response, out of stock please wait. Asked them 10 times to cancel the order, no response. Then a message, saying out of stock, nothing about cancellation. Another 5 messages sent, nothing. I don't think I've dealt with such a irresponsible, ignorant and unprofessional company in all my years. Been a month and still have no idea what's happening. Can't find a email or system to complain. I'm £400 out of pocket with no idea where, when or whatever is happening
order not received and not able to track.
I have ordered an Item from DX.com on 18 Oct 2019. They have promised that the order with be delivered within 7-18 days. However, not received as of 07 Nov 2019.
order number - DX******82AU
The tracking number they have provided appears to be fake. The worst part is, they I have no Idea what is going on and how much more time it will take to be delivered. I have also written a message to seller to understand the status but seller did not bother to reply.
Its frustrating.
slow shipping, lack of support, and no lost item refund
Ordered a product that showed "in stock", did not receive it for a few weeks. Checked DealExtreme, they showed it out of stock. Contacted them, no support. Waited a month to get item to shipped status. Then item is delivered while we are away. They will not redirect to another address, so item is held. We try to pick it up when we get back, but item is now lost. DealExtreme refuses to refund. Opened a complaint with credit card company, still waiting for money back 4 months later.
undelivered order. no dispute option and no refund option.
My order [protected] could not be delivered despite 60 days. I'm guessing he's never coming.
I want to open a dispute within the portal or I want a refund. However, I cannot find any area within the System to open a dispute or to request a refund.
I can only write messages. But they don't help. They just say wait.
DealExtreme does not protect its customer.
I think my money went to the trash.

misrepresentation (wrong product shipped)
On 03/07/2019, I made an order for 15 pieces of "Garrett" handheld metal detectors as advertised on DealExtreme (DX) website and effect the purchase using my credit card.
When I receive my order, I was disappointed to find out that the brand "Goint" was shipped to me instead of "Garrett" as per advertised.
I contacted DX but the staff told me to just accept the product shipped irregardless that they have misrepresented the product as advertised. I insisted that my order which is solely based on the brand "Garrett" metal detector be shipped to me and requested DX to take back the "Goint" brand metal detectors.
They have been dodging me and refused to make full representation to ship the correct brand as ordered.
It has been two months since and DX have refused to resolved this issue
phone paid and not received.
I bought an Ulefone Armor 6e through Deal Extreme official E-Shop website.

I haven't had any news about the phone yet, and apparently they are out of stock since a month ago.
I paid for it on August 11th for the expedite service(1 week delivery) and I still don't have confirmation that the phone has been dispatched from China to my country Argentina.
Please I need the phone ASAP due to I use it for work and I can't afford to buy another one now.
Someone from Seller replied to me that they weren't sure about a forecast for when there will be a re-stock.
I couldn't complain with anyone from deal extreme, nor to create a ticket.
If they run out of stock, then why do they keep showing the product /publication as if they had items to send?
it's a shame that I paid so much money and the item still hasn't been dispatched after a month.

torches
DX regularly fail to deliver products they have taken money for.
In two cases this has amounted to an excess of USD 100.
ALL orders the past year have failed to arrive.
Worse still, they never offer any notice or apologies or even excuses.
Good luck trying to use the various points of assistance they advertise, since you just end up going in circles.
DX are unreliable, unhelpful, untrustworthy and the closest thing to a fraud.
Don't get ripped off.
If their offers seem too good to be true, that's because that's all they are.
Smoke and mirrors folks.
