De Meridian Loyalty Card Services review: Tour and flights package

I received a call from a girl named maria that I won a voucher. Cruise, safari or a movie ticket and a 3 nights stay in a 4 star hotel. Then I came for a presentation in novotel gold district dubai. I listened and I was impressed. It feels sketchy but they still managed to make me ggrab the offer for the promises of free airline tickets, tours, airport transportations and visa applications. It was oct 19 2025. Today, I just came accross the reviews and I am heartbroken. I just fell for the scam. I know this is my impulsive decision. I paid 9999 dirhams via credit card and I am going to the bank to ask for a dispute and will try to file a police complaint against the de meridian company.
Has anyone here resolved the issue and how long did it take you if this is the same case that happened to you? I am dreaming of bringing my parents to dubai believing that they will help me do half the work. It has not been 24hrs since I last meet the representative, and now I can't sleep because of this.
