I got a call from De Meridian saying I won 2 lucky draw coupons and asked me to visit with my family. When we went there, they pushed a 12,000 AED package, but clearly said the 2 coupons are free even if we don’t accept the offer.

They promised:

3 activities (Cruise Dinner / Desert Safari / Movie Tickets)

4 Days & 3 Nights international hotel stay

After accepting, I tried to redeem the vouchers by email, WhatsApp, and calls. No reply at all. One staff member even spoke very rudely.

Very misleading.
Please do not waste your time. They approach people in malls and supermarkets with coupon forms.

Recommendation: FAKE
