Davison Design & Development review: My invention idea

I am filing a complaint against Davison Design & Development for deceptive billing and predatory accounting. I signed a "Pre-Development Agreement" in Oct 2019, paying $699.98 over 7 months via a state cash assistance card and checking account. Upon completion, the company issued a receipt adding arbitrary "Savings" of $192.02 and $3.00 to force the ledger to match an "agreed fee" of $895.00. This phantom credit system was used to manipulate me into signing a secondary "Product Design & Representation Agreement" (Order #) for my project, ********.
Under this main agreement, they drafted regular monthly charges from my checking account via ACH from 2020 through June 2026. They continually used the same deceptive accounting trick on my statements—manufacturing phantom "Savings" deductions (such as $12.50 on 4/11/24 and $810.00 on 3/17/26) that did not reflect actual bank withdrawals or real discounts. These tricks masked a staggering total "Agreed Fee" of $13,745.00. By structuring payments into small increments against an exorbitant flat fee, they trapped me in a repayment cycle that would take over 22 years to satisfy. The receipts intentionally mix actual ACH drafts alongside manufactured "Savings" lines to obscure the true financial standing.
I am formally revoking authorization and submitting my notice of termination. I possess an unbroken paper trail of every email and receipt from October 2019 to June 2026 validating these claims.
