I had some problems with EuroDate billing faster than anticipated for the credits. I had to put a service ticket in so they can look at my detailed credit use, I didn’t want to end up whining there was an error in how the charges (what I bought) were applied. Imaging 560 to 540 very quick... Like what's happening here?
I must say the EuroDate customer support was quick and professional. Following a comprehensive investigation, they sent me an in-depth report of my activity and confirmed that the credit usage corresponds to my usage of the site. No problem with the charges but I appreciated their honesty so that they could finally review everything in detail.
The fact it was always right is that they still awarded me a handful of the credits meant as a bonus with a smile, which I find only fair. It demonstrated that they appreciate their users and that even if something cannot be proven their willing to look into the concerns.
It’s still been a great platform for me and although I’d advise you to just keep an eye on your credit usage (if you’re still learning the in’s and out’s of the system), but I always feel confident that if I do have any issues / concerns, there is someone on hand to offer help. Solid experience in the end.
Recommendation: When there is credit questions it is advisable to ask them to send you your credit statement so you can review it yourself... They can do that for transparency
