Horrible service!
WORST INTERNET SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Beware of ordering from this company. This was the first time we ever placed an order with them. Never checked any reviews, wish we had because there are so very many unhappy customers. They processed our credit card took our money and we have yet to receive the product, it has been weeks! They will not respond to emails. We only got one email a couple of weeks after ordering saying that the order was "ready to ship" and we have been waiting ever since. We will be filing charges against them with the attorney general's office.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hello! I bought a bar of soap on Amazon. It smells really bad and I want to get a refund. I left the country and moved to Europe for the summer. I won't be able to return it to a UPS store but I'm wondering if I can still be issued a refund?
