Daraz.pkbrutal attitude of sourcing officer after cancellation of dispatched order by his on and order is delivered on the same date as of cancellation by him

My Sourcing Officer (Safi Ullah Khan | Key Accounts Manager - Vendor Operations) is not helping me as i am new seller here on DARAZ and want to work with DARAZ, i Offered competent prices as of my competitors on DARAZ for many of the products. Firstly DARAZ helpline asked me, that your products will be picked by Leopard them self from my location, later on they asked me to delivered the orders at DARAZ centre at Johar Town. I have dropped the 4 orders on dated 22-OCT-2018 (But the tracking numbers were with 'KI' series rather than 'LE' series. Later on that person asked me to sent him the receiving of one of the 4 orders, which i sent him as scan copy. than he used to sent me email, your order is being cancelled, you didn't send me the receipt of handover. as it was mistake in DARAZ system, for which i complaint 4 times on helpline and and by email, but yet there is no response by DARAZ. i asked him, its not my fault, if your system is not shown my handover products. and the guy was argued with me, I have to handled 800 Seller, its not my responsibility, i have cancelled your order. and when i asked (did you called the customer to take confirmation, maybe the customer received the order, because its been 8 days that i handed over the products- HIS REPLY: I cannot make a call to customer, now your order is cancelled. If you have sent the order and it will received by customer, then you make a call to me, i will look into your matter)

Really? is not a pathetic argument with a new seller, even when its totally mistake by DARAZ system.

than he asked me, i can deactive my account from DARAZ or make a complain against him.
Later on, in evening, i have to dispatched another order, i called him 3 times, and even emailed him, but that guy didn't reply me back, i was asking him for the same Tracking number issued for the new order in 'KI' series, i thought to ask him, to avoid future hustle and i should ask him where i have to handed over the products( at Daraz centre or Leopard office at Bahria Town - Because helpline asked me that i have to submit the orders at DARAZ centre, but Mr. Safi ULLAH said, i can't handed over my products to DARAZ CENTRE Johar Town, i have to gave them at Leopard centre). But he didn't respond me back. He cancelled my ongoing order and now he is over reacting by not respond me for further orders.

If there is no help expected by the so called sourcing boy, then whats the use of them for new sellers?
and for what reason he showed me such brutal attitude to deactive my account from daraz?
Can you guide me, with whom i have to contact for future assistance? or Daraz can assign me new sourcing officer?

OR really i should quit DARAZ???

Note: Screenshot is attached of that order, which is cancelled by him on 30 OCT, 18 as he claimed, i have not dispatched the order and i am saying him falsely that i have dispatched the orders- as his system is unable to detect my order) and the orders is delivered to customer on same date 30 OCT, 18? is it not strange?? on same date he cancelled the order and same day the order is delivered to customer- if as of him, i have not sent the order yet
