Damai1516 Homeowners Berhad — unsatisfactory of staff branch setia alam - doesn't helpful to customer on solving issues
My staff had went to Hong Leong Bank Branch Setia Alam on today at 14.34, he was there to get a cheque returned and for some queries by then the staff over there doesn't answer for the queries and keep on mentioning " Write a letter to HLBB and they will answer for your queries". Is this is the way of communication to resolve a issue or clarification from your customer?? I wonder that we don't need to go to the bank for any clarification regarding to our company account since your staff asked us to write letter. The question that was raised to her is:
- To collect cheque returned CIMB 000060
- Any form or procedure to give a standing instruction to the bank to get a bank statement through mail?
- We already applied for online access but we unable to access to authorized account access due to none of the staff inform earlier to us during the application filled up, so just wonder to check whether we can use the same form to added for online access viewing bank statement or else need to fill up any form for it?
- We had fill "Maker User" detail for online access by then we don't receive one time password from HLBB, so what we can do next?
These are the questions raise out by my staff but it's really disappointing on seeing that there is no improvement on the handling customer and resolve in right way rather that wash hand by not helpful to us. My 2 cents, if the staff unsure of the question, she may ask the manager whom in charge that able to help her but that i don't seen any initiative by the staff at Hong Leong Bank.Please resolve it sooner.Thanks
