Rude greeting
The greeter at Dallas BBQ was extremely rude. Although my partner and I tried to follow rules and regulations, she was making side comments during the short term we were following orders in terms of temperature checking. We tried to tell another server and our complaints were not heard. I understand that jobs are extremely hard and stressful, however being rude to us without reason is nasty and unprofessional. Thanks.

This will not be a long review. The customer service is terrible!!! Even the management is terrible!! I waited 27 minutes to speak to a manager who never got on the phone. The person in charge of delivery and takeout picked saying he would help but put me on hold every 15 seconds because he had a call. I'll take my party of 15 elsewhere.

I felt sick to my stomach couldn't even finish my food or drink, I just left everything and went home I was so upset, and to think I been going there often by myself, when I notice The waiter sweeping the floor than throwing the trash on top of the bucket with dishes in it and with people walking on the ground and the virus that's going around it was not sanitize to do!
Rewards program
Hello,
I purchased today a take out order from Dallas BBQ in Rego Park, NY. I forgot to give my rewards account at check out and I wanted to put the code in the application now for the rewards program. But unfortunately, when I gave the receipt to the lady to show it was my order, I didn't get the receipt with the code on the bottom. Please help.
Chicken soup and steak
I placed an order today and poached it up. Two of my items were so horrible I had to throw them away. I think they have changed management and more than likely cooks at the upper east side location 3rd ave in nyc. I ordered a bowl of chicken soup and it was so salty and the chicken pieces inside were raw. Aside from that the soup was like an orange color as soon as I saw it I new something was wrong. Next was my steak; this was so chewy and had no flavor that I had to throw it out as well. I hope someone can get back to me to resolve this

Staff was very rude and unprofessional I ordered a meal combo with stake ribs and chicken I was given steak chicken and shrimp i'm allergic to shrimp manager refused to replace my order un less I traveled halfway back across town to returned the 1st order without offering anything complimentary not to mention I am also law enforcement and was not offered any discount managers name is victor castillo

My order was a complete disaster. First the sticky wings I ordered did not have the honey on the side. The chicken wings were naked with no breading so they were not even close to being crispy let alone edible. The corn bread that I paid for was as thin as a cookie. The drink I ordered was watered down because they put it on top of the chicken wings in the bag. They were completely backed up and extremely rude. Delivery items missing

Ribs
I had a delivery for beef bbq ribs along with other orders. I received 2 burt ribs and bones. That's a RIP off, people are dying and sick. This is what your establishment do. I decided to eat the cornbread and it was raw in the middle Friday. Just because we are not in the establishment, does not give you the right to give just anything, for a sake of a sale. Major Delivery Issues

To senior staff and managers,
I have had one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had.
1) Got the wrong flavor of drinks and they did not have the shots that paid for. When I called and lied to they told me shots were mixed into the drink which I know is not true. When I questioned about this point I was put on hold and had no one answer. The drinks were both virgins as well which is just absurd. Also, NO straws provided so Im not sure how I was supposed to drink this.
2) Ordered a half chicken and received a quarter chicken. Again something else I paid extra for and order was not fulfilled.
3) Lastly, the way I was treated on the photo was dismissive and deliberately left me on hold. Every time I called back they would say hello and put me on hold. They were trying to avoid me.
Normally as a planner, I would make sure this was posted all over social media, but Im restraining myself because of the current climate. The delivery took over 2 hours and I have the call time and reciept saved. However, the disrespect I can not let go and wont.
I need senior management to reach out to me and discuss this situation tomorrow. All my information is above. Talk shortly.
