HaulBikes review: Terrible service, slow, bad communication, overpromised deliver dates

Scheduled for a motorcycle to be picked up the middle of July, and brought from OH to UT. They took it to PA, then to NV, and it's been 2 months and I still haven't seen the delivery. Friends are starting to tell me they think the bike was stolen and Haulbikes.com is giving me the runaround while they figure it out. All I know is I called 3 days in a row, being promised an update, and nobody ever would call me back. Emailed in and received an automated reply of "out of office". Called again today, and was promised a new delivery date, after it has already been rescheduled and pushed back multiple times. Extremely frustrated after being promised one thing then the company can't deliver on what was agreed to or paid for. When I asked them about getting any money refunded, I was told they couldn't talk about that until the delivery actually happens. As of this point, I would definitely not recommend Haulbikes.com or ever use them again. As of this point they've turned what started out as excitement about my new bike into ongoing frustration. Terrible experience.
