It has been six weeks since they picked up my bike with still no delivery date confirmed. I have called three times in three days asking for an update only to be told they will call me back, no return call. Last I hear bike is sitting in Las Vegas, I am in LA, probably one of the busiest truck routes in S.Cal. These guys are awful. Find another service.
