Been with Curtis for 15+ years. They've been a great company to work with. Today, I had a problem and they helped me out. I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation.
I lost my key to the pool and they told me to drop off a check for a new one
I lost my key to the pool and they told me to drop off a check for a new one. I dropped off the check and they said it would take a few days to get the key. It's been four weeks now and I've been calling, leaving messages, and emailing, but I never got a response. This is crazy! Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

I gotta say, it's been way too long and I can't keep quiet anymore
I gotta say, it's been way too long and I can't keep quiet anymore. I've had this leak problem in my condo for over a month now, and my house is just filled with mold. I've been nice and all, asking the managers to keep me in the loop and hurry up to find the source of this leak. They sent Servpro over a week ago to check it out, but Servpro is waiting for them to give the green light and pay for the project. They need to fix the walls, stop the leak, and clean up all the mold that's taken over my house. But since they went at the end of August, we haven't heard a peep from them. I got tenants living in these awful conditions, and it's wrecking my home. My insurance company has tried reaching out to Curtis, but they've had no luck. The managers claim they never heard from my insurance company, but we got proof that they've tried. Every time we call the front desk, they always say, "They're on the phone." It's been like that for years whenever something needs fixing or when the HOA isn't right. I've sent emails and left voicemails, but you'd think that mold and a major leak would be their top priority. But no, they just don't care. We're at the point where we might have to get lawyers involved because of their negligence. It's absolutely insane to deal with all this while I'm stationed overseas. It's just unbelievable.
