Culligan – Reverse osmosis service

They bought out The Water Factory who sold me the original system 10 yrs ago and they were not a wonderful company to do business with. Because they used 3M Filters Culligan did not like that but serviced my unit with a $100.00 service call charge plus the cost of new filters. The next year when the Tech arrived to change out my filters he said that he did not have those filters. I asked him " did the company tell you that I had 3M filters? and he said no but he would have a rep call me the next day to straighten this matter out or I could buy or rent their system. That was 3 yrs ago and nobody ever called me so I assumed that they did not want my business.
