CSX Transportation review: Blocking crossings

I am a citizen of Waycross Georgia and need to complain about these trains constantly blocking residents from the city. I was glad to see this matter on the First Coast news to our city manager. This I feel puts this community in jeopardy if people have medical emergencies. I wish these tracks were outside of the city, so it isn't such a headache for people living here. These trains are hauling more than they should be allowed. I need to speak my mind also on the trains at night. Please do not lay on these horns so heavily at night when people need to sleep.

Desired outcome: Relocate these trains outside of the city so they are not blocking people from the city. For the mean time until this can happen, shorten the length of these trains so they are not blocking every crossing
