I have submitted my claim with this company for ticket refund that I purchased with Flighthub. I was told that I am protected by travel cancellation. After I filled the claim with CSA the claim was denied because I did not had reasonable reasons for my claim. I will not receive my refund even I have protection for cancellation. This company it's a ripoff and scams people like Flighthub.
At this point in time nobody from this company seems to bother to even look into my claim. The company is a partner with Flighthub. Both companies are scamming people like me that buys in their offers. Be careful with them. Do not purchase travel protection because you will lose the money. I want my refund back as promised on the travel protection that I purchased from it. A rip-off company.
Nobody contact me regarding this matter. I have emailed to the requesting to open my claim. Total silence from the company. Do not buy anything from them regarding travel protection. You will not receive your money back. This company is a partner with Flighthub. Total ripoff

I don’t have any other choice than to send my info to media or local newspaper. In that way everyone else will find out about this company that scams people.

Ioana Adams I completely understand your frustration I am now having issues with them. they are a rip off company and people need to know about their parctices. Luckily being a public person I can reach many people with just one message...I hope your issues get resolved and I will also pass your issues with my public so that they dont have to endure what any of us have gone through because of Flighthub
