Cigna Medical review: medical care denied

I am more than reluctant to contact you after your previous findings of NO WRONG DOING when a surgeon left my wife with one leg 5 inches longer than the other for 5 years, or the surgeon that left a testicle upside down and out of the socket after a double hernia operation. After 9 weeks post op, a surgeon at J.C. Lincoln was able to undue the damage and stated I could very well have died. Again you found no wrong doing. That is to name a few.
So with the little hope I have left I bring this issue before you hoping you will not overlook the common sense factors you did in the past.
The issue is simple. I have been going to Cigna for many years. Recently my Doctor retired. Leaving me no choice but to seek my primary care with a different doctor.
I had already voluntarily gotten off of all opiods and have not returned to the. Suffering Detox and pain that I was taking them for. However, I have several ailment and had been receiving a mild Benzine medication to help me sleep to heal from some 14 operations and procedures I have endured. I have abdominal swelling and a severe form of arthritis that among other things like blood clots that cause severe pain. I am severely sleep deprived and get about 1 &1/2 hours of sleep at a time. I then have about 2 hours of letting pain sub side and try again. This has gone on for months. I have been called a drug seeker for taking a few extra pills when I was in intense pain.
I am not in any condition to go from pain center to pain center to secure a small amount of sleep aid for a temporary amount of time.
The three Doctors mentioned discontinued my medication and gave me a script for and anti psychotic. Making statements about my anger and my attitude.
I am moody frustrated and irritable, without a doubt. My testicles have been the size of large Oranges for more than 4 years. I have abdominal swlling do to liver operations. I can't get enough sleep to allow proper healing. I have had to have 4 procedures repeated due to incompetence. Along with double talk and jumping thru hoops for Doctors and Clinics that are protecting themselves from Government sanctions at the expense of a certain class of people they deem don't deserve proper medical care.
I can only hope that you will take up the time of these people and the clinic doing a proper investigation for a change. What they are doing violates laws and the very ethics Doctors swear to uphold. Please investigate this properly. John Wilson
