Mark M. is dependable, thorough and on time. Over the last six years, he has performed three four point inspections and two wind mitigations for us. He takes the time to point out everything good and bad with a property and answers all of your questions, even the ones you forgot to ask. Mark did a detailed and comprehensive inspection of the home we wanted to purchase. It uncovered several issues that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair.
