Honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone was very nice and honest. They did not jerk me around or leave me sitting for hours while they "ran" numbers. When buying my next car I will be going back and I will be referring friends.

I gotta give the sales department a solid 5 stars. We've been tryin' to get the title for this used car we bought from 'em, and it's been like 4 weeks with nothin'. Last I heard, they were still tryin' to track down the original owner for the original title. I've shot an email to the title contact person, and they keep tellin' me to just be patient.

I jus bought my 2022 Tucson from Cronin and it was a nice and easy process. A bigger dealer didn't have any cars right now and didn't care to keep me in the loop. Cronin Hyundai is a smaller and more personal dealership. They are great people to deal with!

Gret experience buyin our new Hyundai Kona at Cronin in Nicholasville. Our salesperson, Jeremy Quinn, was very friendly, patient, and knew all about the car and explained well the new features. We are Senior Citizens and like all the safety features. The Kona meet our need, very comfortable and easy to drive, and excellent gas mileage. I had a grate time buying my first car at Cronin Hyundai of Nicholasville! I had shopped around at different dealers for a bit and had felt that none were being straight up with me. Everywhere I went it felt like they were trying to finesse me into something. Not at Cronin! Pierce and everyone else I spoke with were all very nice and told it like it was! Great Dealership and sales team members to work with. We reserved a new Typhoon Silver 2023 Palisade Calligraphy from Pierce H in late June. Pierce did a great job in communicating with us on its status in the delivery pipeline. It arrived earlier than expected and we picked it up last week. I was fortunate to work with Jordan at Cronin Hyundai when I made my recent Ioniq purchase. Jordan was friendly, professional, and prepared. He made an appointment with me and followed up to make sure it was still a convenient time or if I needed to reschedule. He was knowledgable and attentive throughout the process and helped make sure the trade-in went through smoothly. I highly recommend him and Cronin Hyundai for your new or used car purchase!

On July 14th, 2022, I took my car to Cronin Hyundai for a sensor issue. They told me it would take a few hours to figure out the problem, so I went to work. Later, they called and said the sensor needed to be replaced, along with some other repairs that weren't covered by the warranty. The additional repairs, like the breaks, spark plugs, and break lights, would cost me $2,700. I agreed to have the spark plugs replaced and said I would decide about the rest later. The service manager, ***, contacted my warranty company and managed to get the sensor replacement covered.

I called them on July 15th to check for an update, and *** told me they had it covered and were working on it. The next day, July 16th, I called again for another update. They informed me that there had been a previous repair on my sensor, and when the mechanic tried to remove it, he found that it was threaded and installed incorrectly. Unfortunately, when he took it out, he accidentally broke my engine block, causing antifreeze to leak everywhere. This damage was severe and requires a replacement engine, which would cost $5,500. Sadly, my warranty doesn't cover it because it's not considered an internal lubricant part of the engine. Basically, it was a human error. Surprisingly, there's no mention of a sensor replacement on my car fax report. The mechanic's mistake caused the engine to break, and even though it might have been accidental, the responsibility lies with them since my car was under their care.

To understand what happened, I asked to see my vehicle and engine in person and have the mechanic explain. I wanted a visual understanding. However, they had to use a forklift to bring the car into the bay. I had driven my car there, and now it's completely totaled. Unfortunately, they are refusing to cooperate with me. I'm reaching out for assistance.

I traded in a 2015 Dodge Dart for a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Cronin Hyundai of Nicholasville. The original price listed was $21,490, but they changed it to $24,047.34 without informing me. They said it was because they added the negative equity, which was already listed twice. So, the total price ended up being $31,036.34, a big jump from $24,047.34. They also didn't transfer the title for the Dart within 15 days or assign the title for the Hyundai within 30 days. They messed up the paperwork. They lied on my credit application about our income, job length, education, mortgage payment, and previous address. They said my co-applicant made $6,000 when he actually makes $4,000. They said I worked at Gray Clips for a year when I've only been there a year this month, and that I worked at Amazon for 2 years when I was only there for 6 months. They said I didn't graduate high school when I actually did, and they said our mortgage payment was $0 when it's actually $1,400. They also said we lived at our previous address for 2 years when we only lived there for 1 year. The worst part was that they falsified the payment information, so we don't know if we would have been approved for the loan if they hadn't done that. They didn't verify any of the information and even signed electronically on our behalf. When I called them after the purchase, they said they did it to "help us," but it's really unsettling and stressful because they put us in a difficult situation. It's been 48 days and we still don't have the title. When I called about it, they said there was a lien that needed to be removed. But why would they sell the car without a clean title? I also called my local clerk's office and found out that they sold my trade-in without transferring it to the dealership, so I'm still responsible for it. It's a mess.
