When I went to buy a Mini *** from Carmel Motors the sales rep said that my monthly payments were going to be $399 but when the bank, Ally the bank that was going to finance the car, called me they told me that my payments were going to be $402. Carmel Motors sold me the car while my license is suspended

I bought my car on June 17, I had a trade in and put $2,700 down
I bought my car on June 17, I had a trade in and put $2,700 down. My car came with a warranty. 2 days later my engine blew. I drove for 2 days and that was it. The automotive shop said there was a failed oil separator and the oil in that car has never been changed. They sold me a car and did not even look at the oil. They are now not answering my calls, wont let me talk to the owner and not working with me at all. Anytime I call they send me to voicemail and say there is no manager available. I was told I would be receiving a call to discuss, but still havent received that. The warranty I have didnt cover the oil separator so they said they would take care of it because I only had it for 2 days. I have now been out of a car for a month and they wont get me a rental. Very angry because I was super excited to get my new car and they have made the car buying experience awful for me. I would like to get my money back or get my trade back and my down payment.

This business sold me a piece of c*** car with all types of problems and brakes metal to metal. They promised they would change the breaks since someone lied and said they were at 60-70% before buying it. They have not followed through with their word. No owner has called like they said they would and I'm having to pay for a rental car because the dame car that I bought lives at the Audi dealership because of it's problems. I really want to give the car back why do yall have cars sitting on your lot to sell with brakes metal to metal and all sorts of issues I don't' even want the car. Here I am paying for a rental out of pocket and the car note is due tomorrow all these problems took place prior to me getting car. I feel like I got scammed.. The owner can't even call me to apologize. My bday next week and this was an early gift to myself but now I have to worry about another expense as it still at the Audi dealership. I have a 3 year old that rides and its not safe to drive.
