After more than 33 years with this bank the service, attempts to contact by phone, by e-mail and the phone representatives are a nightmare. A simple effort to order checks takes more than 4 e-mails calls to management and smart "A" customer support reps who tell you the manager is in a meeting or unavailable Attempts to order checks on line over changers and wont verify a check number even after you verify your security information. I managed to talk to the same person time who "understood my frustration" I am not frustrated I am trying to order checks. It's a stupid programed or rehearsed response. I move thousands of dollars through this bank every month and would think the service would improve after last year. I have replied to the a manager via e-mail not once not twice but three times with no response. It's bad enough that I went through Hell to get a HELOC for almost 2 - 3 weeks. I went to another bank and it was accomplished in 24 hours. I think this bank is a joke. I think it's discriminating and I think some of the hires are trained to NOT KNOW ANYTHING and only give scripted answers - That's not customer service. I have other bank accounts but this one is by far the absolute worst service and every time I call it seems that find some one more incompetent than the last time to answer the phone and only address my argument with Artificial Intelligence as a method of defending their inability to answer a simple question or direct me to a manager. It is disturbing that whenever you have a customer complaint the representative refers to you a determines you are frustrated. That too is an incompetent response. You are running a 4 star operation with 1 star representatives. That's your frustration not mine.
Recommendation: iF YOU DON'T ALREADY BANK THERE DON'T START!!!
