Caveat Emptor - For five days I have been trying to schedule a warranty repair visit with SEARS to address a problem with a lawn tractor belt. A similar problem was promptly remedied a month ago, but now, there appears to be a "backlog". After about 10 calls, I am told today that I may have to wait a week to get a return call just to set the visit up. I am tempted to go "LAWYER" on them.
