We had a contract to complete our wood fence that they did not honor. Craftsman Fence and Deck Dallas took our money then after working the agreed number of days we were told it would take to complete the job they came back asking for almost twice the amount to complete the work. They never came back leaving us with an unfinished fence and the yard full of trash.

DO NOT TAKE A REVIEW FROM THIS GUY SERIOUSLY. He sues everyone! He did try to sue Craftsman and he lost! Armando would be more than happy to explain the situation with this guy to ANY potential client! Take your trash talking reviews and websites down. Their lawyer has been contacted about every site we find you on! If you are serious about a Craftsman fence go for yourself and check out the work and ask any normal client, it speaks louder than the words of this lunatic!

I hope that consumers are aware of the fact that there are two sides to every story. I am sure Mr. Medina would be willing to share HIS side of this story to anyone interested.
The fact that you sued and lost should mean something. The only way you have to lash out is to post misleading information on websites such as this. Why don't you post the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Your facts you found on the internet are things you have put up about this company. We know who you are and if we were the type of person you are we would bash your company as well. Your a motivational speaker? What to you speak about? How to sue people? And if you lose then continue to harrass? This company has received one complaint on the BBB in 19 years of business (from you, probably done because you lost your lawsuit)
We had looked at fences for close to a year before deciding Medina / Craftsman was worth the money, because we wanted a sturdy fence and retaining wall that also looked good. Other fences around town clearly weren't as strong and long-lasting. We were aware of this guy's complaints by the time we hired him, and did it anyway. Excellent decision. He takes pride in his work, and did a beautiful job, even adding in little details that will help our drainage problem near the gate.
