I had a very disappointing experience with Coursera. My subscription was not canceled even after I followed the steps they provided, and I was charged despite having proof that I attempted to cancel on time. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund and didn’t acknowledge the evidence I provided. I expected better transparency and customer service from a company of this size. I won’t be using Coursera again.
Recommendation: Pay with a Prepaid card.. Do not give them info to your banking
