It started off great now you can't even get a prescription filled
My doctor sent a Year's subscription to cost Plus and before the year was up they said it expired.
Went to the doctors got another prescription sent there and heard nothing.
Went to the doctors got a third prescription now I can't even sign on to find it.
This is a 3-month Odyssey and I still have no way of knowing what's going on.
I have left messages phone numbers emails and heard absolutely nothing.
No Customer Service
If I could give zero stars I would. On 9/13/22 I logged in to order my one life medication and
Could not order because my prescription manager said it was being filled when it wasn't. I
Couldn't locate a number to call so I called the number for providers and selected the option for
Patients. I spent 30 minutes on hold. I finally opted for a call back and never received one.
Next, I emailed from the contact us form on the costplusdrugs website. Someone responded by
Email 10 days after I, desperate to get my essential medication, contacted the company through
Its Facebook page. The person I messaged with on Facebook was helpful. The person who
Finally responded in email on September 23,2022 told me my medications had been delivered.
Duh.
Two days after I got my prescription manager straightened out and ordered all my available
Medications, my phone rang one time and stopped. The number was from True Pill. The person
On Facebook said the caller couldn't reach me and left voicemail. This is not true. The caller
Didn't leave voicemail. I can't speak with someone who terminates the call before I can answer. I
Guess the person had to show proof s/he called; however, there was no intent to speak with me.
Since True Pill and Marc Cuban Cost Plus Drugs are not interested in providing customer service
And have made it so difficult for customers to reach anyone for support, I am taking steps to
Move my medications elsewhere where customer support is provided.
L was almost out of a life medication when I needed to place my order. By the time I could
Finally order it, I had 2 pills left. My order finally shipped 7 days after I placed it. I had to get a
Prescription for a local pharmacy for 5 pills to prevent my system from shutting down while I
Waited for my order to arrive. No money saved since I had to pay for the 5 pills.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to give a new company a chance, but made a huge mistake in doing so.
