Costplusdrugs It started off great now you can't even get a prescription filled

My doctor sent a Year's subscription to cost Plus and before the year was up they said it expired.
Went to the doctors got another prescription sent there and heard nothing.
Went to the doctors got a third prescription now I can't even sign on to find it.
This is a 3-month Odyssey and I still have no way of knowing what's going on.
I have left messages phone numbers emails and heard absolutely nothing.

Costplusdrugs Low Prices, Long Wait Times, and No Customer Service: My Experience with Costplusdrugs

I recently tried out Costplusdrugs (costplusdrugs.com) and I have to say, the prices are definitely low. However, the wait time was quite long and the customer service was non-existent. Costplusdrugs Costplusdrugs: My Go-To for Affordable Prescriptions

Yo, I gotta say, Costplusdrugs is straight fire. I never talked to their customer service peeps, but I don't really care 'cause the price for my daily prescription is legit cheap. I can cop a 90 day's worth of the generic stuff for just $70! Damn, that's a fraction of what I'd pay at a regular old pharmacy. Like, no cap, a 90 day supply could easily run me over a grand at a retail spot. I don't even need to use my health insurance, 'cause the special drug pricing ain't nothin' compared to what I shell out of pocket here.

Like, I'm just a regular person tryna save some coin and stay healthy, ya know? Costplusdrugs is clutch in helping me do both. Ain't no reason to pay outta my nose when I can get the same meds for so much less. They got me feeling all types of grateful for their chill prices. And the website is hella easy to use, too. No confusing buttons or complicated checkout process. Just simple and straightforward.

Honestly, if you need to fill a prescription and wanna save some cash, I'd def recommend checking out Costplusdrugs. No cap, they're the truth.

Costplusdrugs Disappointing experience: Limited drug options & poor customer support at Mark Cuban's pharmacy

This place ain't what you'd expect it to be. If you're looking to chat with someone, good luck with that. There's no live chat or even an email exchange. All they got is this form thingy you gotta fill out and hope they get back to ya. But let me tell ya, don't hold your breath waiting for a response. They'll send you a cookie-cutter email sayin' they don't have the time to read or respond to your message. Can ya believe it?

And if you're hopin' to find all the drugs you need in one convenient place, think again. These guys only carry a handful of meds, and even then, they tend to run out of the ones they do have. What kind of pharmacy is that, I ask ya?

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down soon. It's just another one of Mark Cuban's flops, and it ain't lookin' good. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

Costplusdrugs Warning: Don't Trust Costplusdrugs for Prescription Medications

So I heard a lot of talk about Costplusdrugs (costplusdrugs.com) saving people loads of money on their prescription medications. I was intrigued, of course. Who wouldn't want to save some extra cash? But let me tell you, don't waste your time with this site.

I ordered a medication that I really needed, but it never arrived and wasn't even shipped within the promised time frame. I waited a couple more days, still no sign of it, so I decided to request a refund. But what did I get? Two auto-responses with generic messages advising me to double check my order. Like that was helpful. The worst part is, there is no way to contact customer service by phone, so everything has to go through the same old web form.

I don't know about you, but when I'm dealing with healthcare and medications that could save my life, I want a little more personal attention than this. It's downright dangerous to be deceptive as a healthcare site. I mean, people's lives could depend on these medications! Overall, I cannot recommend Costplusdrugs and advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Costplusdrugs Terrible Customer Service at Mark Cuban's Pharmacy - Costplus/Trupill

I've been buying my meds at Mark Cuban's Pharmacy for a while now, and yeah, their prices are amazing, but if you have to talk to someone in customer service, well, good luck with that. I'm telling you, it's terrible!
Last time, I asked my doctor's office to send a refill prescription for me, and then I went to the Costplus website to see if everything was okay. But wait a minute, why didn't I see the reorder? I called my doctor's office again, and they sent another order. Same thing, I checked the website again and there was NOTHING.
So, I dug a bit deeper and found a phone number for Costplus/Trupill. After a while, they told me that they had got the order but didn't know it was for the Genic brand. So, guess what? They just sat there and DID NOTHING. No warning to me or my doctor's office. Their customer service just said "I'm sorry" over and over again. But let me ask you, when you're dealing with someone's life and meds are missing, is that enough? "Sorry" doesn't cut it!
They acted like they didn't get anything, come on, we're not stupid! Don't they know that they're holding a patient's life in their hands? Couldn't they acknowledge that there was a problem before the patient ran completely out of medication?
I mean, seriously, this is not how a company should be run, especially a company that Mark Cuban has an interest in. I'm beyond upset with this whole situation!

Costplusdrugs Impressed: Costplusdrugs Turned Out to be the Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

I'm absolutely disappointed with Costplusdrugs. To be honest, this place is a total disaster. I needed to refill my essential medication on September 13, 2022, but I couldn’t order because my prescription was being filled — when it wasn't! To make matters worse, I couldn't find any call numbers on the website, so I had to call the provider's number and select the patient option, which meant a 30-minute hold time.

After this frustrating wait, I opted for a callback, but I didn’t hear anything back. 10 days after emailing their contact us form, I finally got a response from a helpful person from Facebook. The response I received through email on September 23,2022 came after I had already got my prescription manager sorted out and ordered my available medications. The person told me that my medication had been delivered when it was already apparent.

But the real cherry on top? Two days after my order was placed, I received a one-time call from True Pill, which stopped ringing before I could answer. Supposedly, the person who called couldn't reach me and left me a voicemail but no message was written. As it turns out, they didn't have any intention of speaking with me. It seems to me that True Pill and Marc Cuban Cost Plus Drugs only care about making money and are not interested in supporting their customers.

I was nearly out of life medication when I needed to place my order, and by the time I could finally order, I had only 2 pills left. To avoid the worst-case scenario of shutting my system down, I had to look for a local pharmacy and buy five pills, which ended up costing me more since I had to pay for the extra medication.

In conclusion, I can say, without a doubt, that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving a new company a chance, but I learned that if you want proper customer support, you need to look elsewhere.

Costplusdrugs No Customer Service

If I could give zero stars I would. On 9/13/22 I logged in to order my one life medication and
Could not order because my prescription manager said it was being filled when it wasn't. I
Couldn't locate a number to call so I called the number for providers and selected the option for
Patients. I spent 30 minutes on hold. I finally opted for a call back and never received one.

Next, I emailed from the contact us form on the costplusdrugs website. Someone responded by
Email 10 days after I, desperate to get my essential medication, contacted the company through
Its Facebook page. The person I messaged with on Facebook was helpful. The person who
Finally responded in email on September 23,2022 told me my medications had been delivered.
Duh.

Two days after I got my prescription manager straightened out and ordered all my available
Medications, my phone rang one time and stopped. The number was from True Pill. The person
On Facebook said the caller couldn't reach me and left voicemail. This is not true. The caller
Didn't leave voicemail. I can't speak with someone who terminates the call before I can answer. I
Guess the person had to show proof s/he called; however, there was no intent to speak with me.

Since True Pill and Marc Cuban Cost Plus Drugs are not interested in providing customer service
And have made it so difficult for customers to reach anyone for support, I am taking steps to
Move my medications elsewhere where customer support is provided.
L was almost out of a life medication when I needed to place my order. By the time I could
Finally order it, I had 2 pills left. My order finally shipped 7 days after I placed it. I had to get a
Prescription for a local pharmacy for 5 pills to prevent my system from shutting down while I
Waited for my order to arrive. No money saved since I had to pay for the 5 pills.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to give a new company a chance, but made a huge mistake in doing so.
