In sept 2021, I got an IUD from my doctor
In sept 2021, I got an IUD from my doctor. They said it would be covered by insurance and billed through their office. But then alliancerx Walgreens prime sent me a bill for the *** in the *** of ***. I called my insurance and the doctor's office, and they said I didn't owe anything and that alliance Rx used the wrong billing code. I told them this, but it took many calls before they finally fixed it. I got a corrected bill on 2/25/2022 with a $0 balance. But then in august 2022, I started getting bills again for the original amount of $***. They keep saying I'm past due and will be sent to collections, even though I'm now 120 days late. I've called this company so many times (over 15 calls), but they just transfer me to the same departments that can't help. I asked to speak to a manager or file a complaint, but they said I couldn't and that their system needs to review my claim. They told me to ignore the bills, but I want this resolved. I'm almost done with the IUD, and I don't want to deal with this anymore. I would never use this company again, and I don't want anyone else to go through this. I'm thinking of not using this provider again because of all the trouble it caused. I just want this resolved and to never see another bill like this again. It's not right to tell a customer to ignore bills and not offer any help to resolve the issue. I'm worried about my credit, and I need assistance to close this out.
