Cost Saver review: Gutters that were installed on my home.

Once HIGHLAND ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION removed the gutters they did not send anyone out to inspect the job , but I was promised that they would ,but they never came out , I asked why was there space where I could see behind the gutter I was told that it was left like that so it would be easy to remove when the company install the siding but I was never able to get the siding. so I excepted the company to come back and put the gutters up to the roof and caulk them and seal around them with clear gutter seal but they just kept ignoring my request.
