today I was just passing by and stopped at Luna Service Center for a cat inspection. The young man Abdul who serviced my cat was soo sweet and polite. He did a wonderful job. I also noticed the attitude of other technicians here very hospitable. I will come back for ant cat needs I may have.

My daughter has had nothing but issues with the car she got. Mind you this is the 2nd car because the *** went out 2 days after she got her 1st one. Now they have had her car more than she has. They have tried to fix her transmission. Obviously there is a issue either with the mechanics or bad transmissions. But either way they charge my daughter every time. Obviously this car is a lemon and they wont even take responsibility on selling them 2 bad cars.

I purchased a Tesla from this dealership in ***, I live in ***, initially I was skeptical about purchasing the car over the phone, but the process was easy, overall I am extremely happy with my experience with the dealership, the process was easy and *** the salesman made communication easy and effortles, he made several *** videos of my vehicle inspection and loading on the transportation vehicle, he made sure the deal was packaged correctly and at times even went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the deal, the only issue I have had since receiving the vehicle is the driver side door was non-functional after a couple of days of driving the car yeah, Tesla sent over their representative to fix the vehicle at my home, the repair was costly although the process was not a headache overal.

I really hate complaining so this is uncomfortable for me to write. Car buying is stressful enough as an experience let alone feeling disrespected and humiliated when you go try to buy a car. When I went *** a few weeks ago with $5000 to try to buy a $10,000 car or suv and I met the best sales person I had ever met. Bigshone was a delight to work with. He was professional and he listened to me and he really wanted to help me. My experience took a turn for the worse when I got inside. There was this horrible manager that smelled like beer! I don't remember his name but he had crossed or crooked eyes just like his attitude. He was *** my sales person to give him our information. *** is has a very small business office and you can literally hear everything in the whole building. This includes you can hear everything in the manager office without even trying. I heard the manager tell Bigshone 'this chick buy [censored]! she is a bug! Her income doesn't check out and she is probably some kind of con artist with her fake bank statements!'I am a widow and I have survivor benefits from my late husband for me and my daughter. After hearing clearly what the manager told my sales person I was so emotional hurt. I gave *** access to my bank statements and all my income checked out but I got the impression that the manager with the lazy eye was having a bad day or maybe he was hungover or on drugs or all three. I saw that he sniffled a lot and he would to the bathroom 3 times while I was there for about 20 minutes. I saw this not because I'm nosy but like I said its a small office. Needless to say I felt harassed by what he was saying about me to behind my back and I felt so uncomfortable sitting there while he was gesturing toward me like I was a 'cockaroach'! BigShone my sales guy was terrific and the poor guy even told me that my deal was the last deal that he worked there because the manager often did this to his personal customers. I left that crooked place with their crooked eye manager and I went up the road to A-Motors and they sold me a nice little jeep for about $15,000. No one told me that I was a 'cockaroach or that I had fake bank statements'. I got a loan from an actual bank and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. *** is the reason that buying a car is thought of as a horrible experience!If you want to be treated like a bug go to ***! Otherwise STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
