This is an unlicensed contractor who has dozens of civil cases against him and his so called company, the better business bureau does not have all of the bad information pertaining to this man on their site, his contractors license was cancelled by the contractors state license board. Peter Degennaro / Cadli Builders hired us as a sub contractor for a job he was working on in Somerville, MA in june of '07. We have only been paid $500.oo in Nov. of '07, out of his personal account, on a $3553.00 invoice. He then dissapeared on us leaving us to sue. If anyone knows of his whereabouts currently it would be appreciated.

Contractor 411 is a scam! Beware they are still trying to scam people on Craigslist! They charge you for a so called background check because working on bank properties its a requirement. Then in turn you never get bank foreclosure leads. We signed up Jan /09 and never got a foreclosure lead. We did request leads and received for residential work however...
