Mulitiple delays in finishing started work, workers are not experienced and lack of supervision from Owner (Dennis Power). Materials used and quality of workmanship sub-standard! Buyer beware, check references and follow up on them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This guy does crappy work and will take your money and run. The paperwork we have says that there is a 1 year warranty, the problem is that he won't return your calls to get the work fixed. I am shocked there are not more people posting compalints about this guys. He put us off for months saying that he was coming back to fix it, now a year and a half later he won't ancwer his phone.
My husband and I have paid this guy to do some garden work for us as well and we have not even seen him or spoke to him we can't even get him on the phone! Any suggestions on how to track him down and get our money back would be greatly appreciated! I would love to see his company fall apart this type of treatment is totally disgusting! If anyone would like to put our complaint together and see if the newspaper would run an article on this guy and his company I'm all in! Gonna call a lawyer too!
Hire these guys if you want substandard work, and want to see your hard earned money fly out the window. The owner Dennis Power only answer your calls when an exchange of cash is about to happen (he will not start a job without 25% upfront). He doesn't supervise his workers, he will promise you the world in regards to the work you are hiring him to do. My first impression of this guy was he is a smooth talker (slime-ball) just wished I had to go on my first impression so I wouldn't be out a lot of money for a job that was done improperly. I had to hire another person to fix this guys huge mistakes, I've heard 6 similar stories in just the last week. DO NOT HIRE POWERS LANDSCAPING & CONSTRUCTION. Tell your family & friends until the word is out. It's criminal what this guy is doing, apparently there's a lot of court cases against this guy.
This guy is criminal, I am very surprised there is so little complaints on here against his company. He is unable to work back in his hometown in central NL. He has no experience other than supposibly work he's ripped off including myself. Wants cash up front and does not do or know how to do the work. I really do have petty for the elders or even the ones who are trying to improve there property and along comes this robber and believe me they are bad news. People please let's put this guy out of business before he hurts another 50 customers because I am certain there are at least that many out there taken b'y POWERS LANDSCAPING, TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN is his Mascot or Logo. Buyer beware no DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY.
Power Landscaping doesn't keep their promises to complete work they were hired to do. Homeowner out major $$. Please do not hire these guys to do any landscaping or construction on your property.
Totally agree! I pretty much had the same story but I'm still waiting for my job to be complete. Dennis Power (owner Power's Landscaping) is not answering my calls or emails. Anyone else have issues against this guy? I'm thinking about taking legal action, I'm sure there's a lot more of us around. Buyer Beware for Sure!
