I have requested back in January 2023 to STOP the auto pay for Sears Warranty coverage and auto pay of monthly fee of $54.30.

EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed servicing we would get someone who came to the house, charged us $75 for coming and never took care of the repair. Sometimes they ordered the part to replace and we never received it, thus never got repaired.

Since January 2023, 4 payments have been made, on 1/10; 2/10; 3/10 and 4/11 of $54.30 each. Please reimburse these amounts since it was supposed to have stopped in January 2023. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement expected.
