Conn's Home Plus review: Product purchase mistake not resolved

We purchased an lg washer/dryer combo, front load with pedestals. The day of delivery we received a call from the delivery driver, he said; "the pedestals the store ordered for your purchase are the wrong ones, do you want us to bring them anyway?" and we answered, "no". We paid extra for a connection kit and installation. They were only able to install the dryer, because the water hoses they brought were too short. And because they did not deliver them with the pedestals, someone will have to pick up the units enough to slide the pedestals under them because we don't have a large laundry. Now they say we have to come in to the store and sign another purchase order. They will not answer the question, "are we going to get the correct pedestals without having to pay another installation charge?" I got no answer.
