Concentra review: Blood draws

Hello,
I visited a concentra on Friday March 5th 2021 to get physical and drug screen for my job as a physical therapist in the hospital system. The woman who tried to draw my blood had trouble because the vial was not suctioning out the vial. She actually said to me "I hope it wasn't a used one". I have spent my entire weekend completely panicked that she used a dirty needle and vial on me. I will also be contacting the BBB for a formal complaint and will get a lawyer involved if need be.
