Complete Automotive

I don't live in Springfield, but I travel 'round Missouri and found these folks at Complete Automotive a couple years back. I'd just gotten into town for a big meeting with Springfield Schools when I got a flat tire outta nowhere. I was sure I was gonna be late for my presentation, but these guys saved my bacon. I searched for a nearby spot that could help me out and boy, was I lucky to find 'em. They took my car in right away and helped me out with my tire issue, but they also cared about my situation. They sent a member of their staff to come get me, transfer my presentation stuff to their car, AND drive me to my appointment, then pick me up again! All while they were workin' on my car. I just love this place. It's so great to work with people who really give a darn. I even decided to buy new tires from 'em. They rotate 'em for me whenever I need, since I'm always on the road workin' with libraries and need to get where I'm goin' safe and sound and on time. I'd definitely recommend these guys and give 'em 100 stars outta 5. :-)

I got my wheels fixed at Complete Automotive. They did a differential overhaul and fixed the bearings. But after driving less than 500 miles, the bearings got stuck and made a terrible noise. It messed up the axle and got welded on there. I had to replace the whole thing. I had a warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles, but they won't honor it now. They're saying it's because there wasn't enough oil. The wheel bearing broke and it cost me around $3500. This all went down in Texas.
