Sent wrong amount
I ordered 9 items they sent 5 but still charged for all 9 they do not answer their emails their phone is disconnected and the other phone the mailbox is full. I would not recommend this company at all. I tried to call them several times their mailbox is full I have tried to email them numerous times they do not answer when I call the alternative number is said to have been disconnected not in order. don't waste your money
They overcharged me! I wish I only could reach them via phone, but they don't pick it up, they have been unavailable for 2 days. Their email is nonexistent because I get back all of the emails I sent them.
The quality of the item I ordered is horrible and it looks so fail. I'm afraid my cat won't be playing with because I care for him. Not like your company!

Purchase Quinie Bark 200 mg on April 19 th x 2 bottles. Each bottle cost $13.37 plus shipping, total $32.27. Credit card has been charged but still have not received product. I have tried calling 6 times with a message that memory is full. I have e-mailed them 5 times at [protected]@ZooScape.com with no response. I have not been able to get any type of response from company. I gave entered a complaint with BBB. I will be having my credit card company work through this matter.
scam, stay away: does not ship and no reply to your emails
I bought natural supplements from ZooScape early in September. I found the site to be sketchy but it was the only one offering the supplements I wanted. Over one month later, I still didn't get my order. The site does not reply to messages or post on its Facebook page. The phone # listed says it is not available in my area. SCAM! Stay away
order paid for but not shipped
I had never done business with them before, but they had a product I wanted which is very hard to find outside of Great Britain. I ordered it, they withdrew money from my account immediately, and I waited to hear from them as to when I could expect my order. Nothing. I waited five days and then called their 844 number. Nothing. I then emailed them and again, nothing. I called two more times. I emailed them a second time, informing them that my next move was to bring my experience to Facebook. (They have a very cheery little Facebook page.) Today I left a comment on Facebook. I have screen captures of my receipt, their billing as it appeared on my bank account, and now my comment on their Facebook page.
Very upsetting to discover that I'm not the only one who has been taken for a ride! This is the first time (in nearly 20 years) that I've ordered online from a company who has set out to cheat their customers.

I'm dealing with the exact same thing. DO NOT do business with these people. Nobody answers their phone ("we're sorry, mailbox full") and nobody responds to their "Contact Us" email address.
...I guess my next step is trashing them on yelp, amazon and BBB's site.
I ordered two things from Zooscape, about $30 worth, Aug 14t 2013, it's been almost a month, there has been zero response to my emails and phone messages. They are fraudulent. Beware no products received.

4 weeks into my order I am still waiting... I did receive shipping confirmation, let's see if I ever receive the product or have to dispute the credit card payment.
This happened after "Customer service" told me on Jan 3rd my order would go out ASAP, I guess they consider 6 weeks or whenever it may finally get here a reasonable waiting period for a product

It seems clear that we should STAY AWAY FROM the company. 0 is an appropriate rating for this business. The only thing they did so far is "forget" to update their website for inventory, take my CASH, and hide!

That's exactly what happened to us. We ordered from them one bottle of Periwinkle and heard from them again. We are going to make video about this Scam company to prevent other people losing money. We are going to punish all of them.

Ordered product October 14. Credit card billed immediately but product was not sent out. (illegal in some area and situations, just unethical and unnecessary in others). Frequent phone calls just resulted in lies--at one point I was told that my product was shipped and I should be receiving it any day. There on-line tracking info gave fraudulent info as well--my order was never shipped. I was finally told that part of my order was back -ordered, but they would ship the part in stock. They never did. On November 24, I demanded a refund. They told me this would be given in full within 10 business days and sent a corresponding e-mail. As of Jan 5--still no refund, e-mails unanswered. This company has dozens of negative feedback on numerous sites--just wished I read them before I ordered.

cancellation fee scam
Do not buy from this site! They are running a scam to steal 10% of your money. I placed an order and was wondering where my order was, I called them and they said it was on back order. It had been 3 weeks. They said it would be in tomorrow, I call the next day and it still was not shipped. After the 4th day I gave up and told them to just give me my money back and they said they have a 10% cancellation fee in there policy! Watch out these scammers will never ship and force you to pay 10% when you finally give up!

I am having the same problem. They have been claiming it on backorder for a month, then offered to ship me a substitution, then claimed it was already shipped. Since that was a month ago, this is a scam no doubt.
I had ordered occasionally from this company. The last time I ordered, I inquired almost a month later about my order, which I had not received. I asked that it be canceled, as I no longer needed the long delayed product. (Up to this point, I didn't have any problems with my orders.) I received an email 5 days later saying they show the order had already shipped. Yeah-it already shipped. They shipped it 4 days after my inquiry (date on the packing ship affirms this.) When I lodged a complaint, they still insisted that it was shipped before my inquiry, so I guess they post-date their packing slips. I will not order from them again--no honesty, no integrity!
i ordered 2 face cream called "kiss my face" in the first week of feb! now it's april 17th! still have not recieved it! really?! wtf? called the customer service and no reply!

I tried this site hoping that it would be better than the other reviews I read on it. I am not impressed with their service or communication.
I did not receive my exact order because they were out and were no longer getting the product in. I know this because a note was handwritten on the Packing Slip.
The exact wording was:

When I called and asked for the person who signed they were never in. Finally I did ask the person I was talking to for a refund for the balance. This did not happen so I tried again. This still has not happened.
I received an email from the company asking if I was satisfied and I replied no and explained why. They again emailed me this week and basically said they trusted I had a positive shopping experience and please leave a product review! Product fine company I would not ever do business again!
They have not yet refunded me and they added an additional transaction fee to the original purchase that was not agreed upon. I noticed it on my credit card charge.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They did the same thing to me, they charged me for an item on back order yet their website says it is in stock, I have sent several emails and called the [protected]. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. They don't even contact you back after phone calls and emails and charge your bank the money for product not received.

My experience echoes that of the other commenters. The company was slow to fulfill my order and ignored my first email inquiry. When the order came, it was incorrect (they were no longer stocking one of the items I ordered and, without contacting me, went ahead and substituted something else). My first few emails went unanswered. I then received an inane generic email stating how important my satisfaction was to the company... I called the company and after about 10 minutes on hold, I was automatically routed to voicemail. I left a message and in response received another email that had nothing to do with my issue (it stated when my product had shipped). I finally got through on the phone and someone who didn't seem that familiar with the products gave me questionable information (she said the substituted product was identical to the one that was not in stock, but I have reasons to believe this is not so). I went ahead and tried the product and was beyond disappointed. It was nothing like what I expected. I've been trying to reach the company ever since, but to no avail. I sure would like a refund for the two bags of useless product I paid for, but I'm not holding my breath.

What a horrible company, we placed our order on Dec 1st, waited weeks, and still have not received anything as of Dec 22nd... It took over 20 calls to get a live body on the phone after days of calling and getting voice mail.
We emailed the CEO "Cary James Heather" and NEVER received a response. We have had to dispute this transaction with our bank as a result of the lack of customer service. I begin to wonder if this is really a company or just a front! Horrible customer service, we will NEVER order from them again...
