After long travel from Canada I arrived in Tunis, Sousse, I wanted to rent a car to visit my elderly mother and get around I seen a car rental by elhana beach, sousse. sign walked into office they seam to offer cars for rent, and organize flights, I asked if I can rent a car from May 25th to 25th of Jun, the assistance indicated that they do not have car available at this time but the work with company called Zoom car, and he will call them to see if the have one if so they will bring me a car if they have available, so fare so good, the cleric asked me if I can wait 20 minute I agreed. 30-minute late woman drive’s-in a small car called Zeta or Sita some model I Have not seen before, the car condition washed from out site however scratched all over, back windshield wiper broken, Driver Mirror Broken, and so dirty and smelly, the odor of cigarette makes anyone puke.. I have take few picture of the vehicle walking around the care with the woman who drove the vehicle in, so to record any damage so I would not be accused for it when I bring to back.
As I needed a vehicle to visit my sick elderly mother I have not seen her for years.
I accepted the car with a condition after I visit my mother I will be taken the car back to them so they can wash the car in site. As I drove off after few Km I realized the break some time works and some it does not work, the Indicator will not work, the gear it will not go to second works only on first, third and fifth, the burning smell coming from the engine, I stopped in the middle anywhere to check, the Door would not open from inside and I can only open the door from outside,

I called them to complain, No mater what I reported as an issues, she keep telling me that “ that is what we have, ” I visits my mother and drove back to the car rental shop few days later, and give her a list of issues with this vehicle, and asked if she have other vehicle I can use, she asked me if I can leave this care with them and come back next day she will have one ready from me. I did come back next day she did not have any vehicle for me, and they have rented the faulty death trap vehicle to someone else without conscious, I asked then to refund me the rest of my money refused to refund me my money. I had never been so angry of those Dishonest group of cowboys they are damaging the integrity and the honesty of legitimate business in Tunisia as I was flying back other passenger Indicated he had similar with an other Tunisian car rental.

The questions where is the authority, who audit this scam artist, and who audit the auditor? Is Everyone in Tunisia government sleeping on the wheel?
