Hi,
I work in a high end retail store and I always treated my client s with the upmost respect. I always shop at Zara. On 07/13/2017, I came to the Newport mall to return a shirt that was too short for me. The associate Brehanna ID 508292 didn't even great me or respond my greetings, she made the return with no eye contact or even opening her mouth. All she did was to point out the pad to ask me to insert my card. When she finished the return she threw the receipt at me. I was so shocked that I was speechless. I ask for the store manager and her name is Pricilla, and she said that I should go back and yell at the associate. I didn't know that Zara customer service was that Ghetto and unprofessional. I know that if I stop shopping at Zara, that wouldn't make any difference but I rather go spend my money where I am well treated
