I order from Canada.My first order was returned because they messed up my address. The order was $50. I called again regarding the same order they said they would send me another order. No they didn't. I called again they places another order but guess what I am going to be charged $60 instead the $50. I hope I get to see my money. It seems like unprofessional people are working for the company after 30 minutes waiting for anyone to pick up I get someone who tells me no to everything. Its horrible. And they wont let you talk to a manager or anyone who actually knows what they are doing. Such a shame I was very excited when I found them online since I moved to the USA and I used to buy from them in Germany where I used to live
