I was sent the wrong size product and I have no details to send it back to be replaced or refunded. I have tried to contact several times but am getting nowhere. The product was sent to the UK but the size sent was American. I want a replacement or refunded and information on how to return it.

    Parcel sent back, was in poor state, could not use the zip, it would not open. also there was a loose peace of material in the package. Please could you let me know when you have received it

    I am about to send back a parcel, because of the poor state of the content, the zip of the dress will not open. it has poor stitch work at the hem, it is was not ironed neither. There was a loose piece of clothe in the package as well.

    I returned an item to you on 3rd January 2019. I have phoned and emailed many times and still, you have not acknowledged receipt of this parcel. It was sent tracked to your address by the royal mail. I want a refund for this useless item. I paid £39.95 for this very bad excuse for a coat. I want my money back, please.

    I ordered 3 of the wrap around bras beige red and blue in a size xxxl finally they arrived i was begining to think i was dreaming that i ordered them but yes they arrived this morning 16/5/2019, problem is you sent the wrong size and one of the has such shoddy workmanship or you set them to someone else and the ripped them cos when i saw the size i didnt even bother trying them they just looked small. My daughter who is smaller than me Also commented how small they looked.so i am returning them to you at the returns address that is on the parcel, and i would like a refund on the items i was really upset that that you would even send out damaged goods.

    My order from Berrylook.com order number E916197. I returned this order to yarwen F2p 3skyport drive Harmondsworth ub7 olb as this was the return address on the package I received. Since then I have been told that is not their return address.
    I sent a tracking on this package reference number NJ785735344GB. Date 8th. May 2019. So it had to be signed for. Can you return this package to me so I can send it back to the right address and get my refund.

    I appear to be one of many disgruntled customers. Shoes received today in a size two. I ordered a size 6!! Once again like above I have no return address.

    Hello, I bought some shoes, chose the correct size, eventually they arrived took weeks, thought lost in post. Gone to try them on and the bad design means I cannot even get my foot in, ironically they were supposed to assist osteo arthritis of the big toe. What a joke. How do I return them please, they were not cheap to buy but extremely cheaply made.

    i have 4 dresses to send back to you will you even consider my refund or an arrangement for the items to be sent back to the company who sent them if i dont hear from you i will consider going to the omnibus man to see if your co is legitimate to be working and promising returns when obviously this is not happening people are being duped by bad retail

    Please be advised that I am absolutely amazed that you had the nerve to send out the product that I ordered from you without some sort of quality control. I am definitely sending this back and will demand a full refund of my payment plus any P&P it costs me.

    I will give you until Friday 16th August to pay this refund after that I will start to show on Facebook the quality of you product or should I say the crap you have sent me. As a Scot I am so disgusted that you cannot even spell the name SCOTLAND and get it on the material.

    @Thomas R Wardrop Does anyone on here ever hear anything from these people (Yanwen)? Judging by all the complaints above, not. I too have an item to return but am wondering whether to even bother messaging them. Have you heard anything from them?

    @CatrionaP I got in touch with the company I bought my bra from, got a reply from them, they say that Yanwen is not their company. The upshot is, that you shouldn't send anything back to them, even though it says on the packaging it's the returns place, you should send items back to the company you bought it from. Even though when first ordering my bra, it looked like an American company, the address to return my bra is, you guessed it, in China. But they will be sorting things out for me, hopefully, they were quick to reply to my query, too. But anyone to who may see this...don't send anything back to Yanwen, contact your seller. Good luck!

    @Lorna Perry I cant even find any details of the actual company I bought my revoltingly cheap quality cardigan from. The return address is Yanwen F2P in Southall. Judging by all comments here it seems this is not the place to return. I cannot find any payment correspondence either. It is terrible cheap goods that we must as a society stop buying! They advertise on Instagram as if they are US companies and it is straight from China. Did you get a refund? Has anyone got a refund?

    Ordered a butterfly bra thinking it was coming from USA, I cant even try it on as the front clasp wont open. It cost me over £20, only to find the exact same bra on Wish.com for £4. After reading all these returns complaints, is it worth the hassle. Tried for ages with the clasp, and my partner, all to no avail, it just will not open. Crap product.

    I just checked yanwen in China at www.yw56.com.cn .I'm going to complain to them as the address in UK seems to be a front company. Good luck
