Xend / Non-delivery
I am writing about a problem regarding Xend. They promise a delivery time of 1-2 business days in their website, but they fail miserably. It has been more than 5 business days (not counting Saturdays and Sundays, and still no item. All they said was that they are sorry and coordinating with the shipper. Not much of an update. They did not tell me what happened to my package and most probably lost it. And they never made an effort to contact the seller or even me as to what happened to the package. This courier is a big joke!
